At Footwear etc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
